First of all you need to get and fill your MailChimp API key on the General Settings page. You can access this settings from the navigation bar.
Copy and paste your API key in the corresponding field and hit Save. How to get Mailchimp API
While editing testimonials group find Submission Form Settings, enable MailChimp integration, choose mailing list and hit Save.
